Scenario: You are the coach of Rayo Vallecano and you'll play against Athletic Bilbao. How do you prepare your team?
For an university project, we designed a microcycle for Rayo Vallecano ahead of their clash with Athletic Bilbao. The project is based on an analysis of the previous match against FC Barcelona and an opponent analysis of the basque team.
